We require a deposit equal to one-months’ rent and pro-rata payment for the first month. To register, you will need to provide your full contact details including, name, business name (if applicable), telephone number, e mail address and home address. Upon receipt of your payment and successful sign up, you will be provided with a code for the front door, so no keys are required.
We require one-months’ notice to be provided on or before the last day of the month, so we know what desks and offices are available for those on our waiting list or to sign-up to from the first day of the following month. Longer notice is always appreciated so we can better manage the office and inform applicants about availability.
There is a spare chair in each office space to be used by occasional visitors for a desk-side meeting. We also have a coffee table and chairs in the reception area where you can hold a meeting on a first-come-first-serve basis. There is one “Hot-Desk” in reception available to book at a cost of £50 per day.
We have a one month notice period, so we can manage availability at the beginning of each month. Therefore, if notice is given for a move out date of 31st March, the desk or office can be reserved for someone new to move in 1st April. You can also register your interest for a desk on our waiting list.
You will be provided with a quality oak desk, a fully adjustable high-back mesh swivel chair and a lock-up pedestal drawer unit to enable you to securely store documents and other small items. Adjoining desks are separated by a partition screens to provide privacy.
Superfast enhanced fibre optic internet connection with fall-back to 4G to guarantee 100% availability plus as a separate ADSL broadband connection. The building has hard-wired (Ethernet) connections at every desk as well as access to secure Wi-Fi with guest facilities.
A Xerox 550 series A4/A3 multi-function colour printer; photocopier; scanner is situated in reception and connected to the network. The photocopier is fitted with module to bind and staple, so you can produce professional quality booklets.
A kitchen situated on the ground floor, fitted with a microwave oven, kettle for tea and coffee making, a toaster and refrigerator. Mugs, glasses, plates and cutlery are provided.
